Dr O'Keeffe is a Plastic Surgeon operating at Delmar Private Hospital in Dee Why. Dr O’Keeffe graduated from Sydney University in 1965, completing 6 years of surgical training in England before commencing practice in 1973. Since that time, he has been a VMO at both Royal North Shore Hospital and Manly District Hospital.

As well as giving regular papers at Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons meetings, Dr O’Keeffe was the invited speaker at Melbourne’s Rhinoplasty Workshop last year and appeared on "Good Medicine" in 1998. His next paper will be given at the Rhinoplasty Society meeting in Florida in May this year.
